Membership in the Higher Education Association of the Rockies is open to all individuals interested in issues facing higher education in the Rocky Mountain Region. Membership dues of $25 per year are included in the cost of the Annual Summer conference. Those who do not attend the annual conference can still benefit from information on the HEAR web site as well as receive information on upcoming HEAR events.
